Rhubarb Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour, sifted
    3/4 c. uncooked oatmeal
    1 c. brown sugar, packed
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Press half of crumbs in a greased 9-inch baking pan.
    Add 4 cups diced rhubarb.
    Combine second mixture and cook until thick and clear.
    Pour over rhubarb.
    Top with remaining crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    (May top with whipped cream.)
