Stuffed Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cut up cabbage
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 medium onion, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. rice (any kind)
    1 can tomato soup
    1 can water
Preparation
    Put cabbage into 2-quart baking dish.
    Fry hamburger and onion. Drain off all grease.
    Add salt, pepper, rice, soup and water. Simmer for 10 minutes.
    Pour on top of cabbage.
    Do not mix it. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 2 hours, covered.
    You can grate cheese on top before baking, if desired.
