Jim Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box yellow cake mix
2 eggs
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. water
1 (13 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preparation

Mix first five ingredients with mixer until smooth and creamy. Stir in chocolate chips.
