Chicken Taco Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 to 3 lb.) chicken, cut up
    1 large can enchilada sauce
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 large pkg. corn chips
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 large chopped onion
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Boil pieces of chicken until tender; reserve 1 cup of broth. Remove bones; cut chicken in bite size pieces.
    Combine chicken, enchilada sauce, mushroom soup, onion, garlic, salt and pepper. Line a greased baking dish with part of corn chips.
    Add chicken mixture and sprinkle with grated cheese.
    Cover with remaining chips.
    Add reserved chicken broth.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
