Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks creamery butter
    3 c. sugar
    6 eggs
    1/2 pt. whipping cream
    3 c. Swans Down cake flour, sifted
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Let butter soften at room temperature.
    Mix with sugar thoroughly.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each one. Then alternately add flour and cream to sugar mixture.
    Add vanilla.
    Pour into a greased and floured Bundt pan.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
    Check after 50 minutes, as all ovens differ.
    Invert on wax paper or wire rack and let cool.
