Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Idaho potatoes, peeled and quartered longways
    1 stick oleo
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    garlic salt
    pepper
    parsley
    paprika
Preparation
    Soak peeled and quartered potatoes in cold water.
    Drain water from potatoes.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Combine flour, Parmesan cheese, garlic salt, pepper, parsley and paprika in plastic bag or lunch bag.
    Shake potatoes in bag to coat.
    Place in 9 x 13-inch cake pan with melted oleo.
    Sprinkle paprika.
    Bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0; turn with spatula and continue baking for a 30 minute period.
    Add paprika again after turning.
