Beef With Oyster Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 k. beef tenderloin in strips
    2 Tbsp. white wine
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. ajinomoto
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    1 onion, sliced in rings
    2 tsp. oyster sauce
    frozen green peas, thawed and boiled
Preparation
    Marinate beef in wine and cornstarch. Set aside.
    Bring cooking oil to a full boil.
    Drop beef all at once.
    Cook for 5 minutes.
    Stir constantly.
    When done, drain out excess fat.
    Put beef back in pan, add sliced onions, soy sauce and sugar mixture. Stir 2 minutes.
    Remove from the fire. Flavor with oyster sauce. Garnish with green peas.
    Serve immediately.
