Crunch Top Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. butter or margarine
    3 or 4 large baking potatoes, pared
    3/4 c. crushed corn flakes or prepared crumbs
    1 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese
    2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Melt butter in jelly-roll pan in 375\u00b0 oven.
    Add single layer of potatoes and cut crosswise in 1/2-inch slices.
    Turn once in butter.
    Mix remaining ingredients and sprinkle over potatoes. Bake 1/2 hour or until done and tops are crisp.
    Goes well with steaks or any meat that does not allow for making gravy.
