Warm Cherry Puff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. biscuit (baking) mix
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. margarine or butter, softened
    1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling
    2 eggs
    1/4 tsp. almond extract
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Blend milk, eggs, biscuit mix, sugar, extract and margarine in blender for 15 seconds or beat on high speed of mixer for 1 minute.
    Pour into greased 10-inch pie pan or 11 x 7-inch baking pan.
    Spoon cherry filling over the top.
    Bake 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown.
    Makes 8 servings. Preparation Time:
    7 minutes.
    Bake Time:
    30 to 35 minutes.
