Easy Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    solid vegetable shortening for greasing pans
    flour for dusting pans
    1 pkg plain yellow cake mix (do not use butter recipe)
    1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple and juice
    3 small bananas (mashed)
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    3 large eggs
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Lightly grease and flour two 9-inch cake pans, shaking out excess flour. Set pans aside. Place the cake mix, pineapple and juice, mashed bananas, water, oil, eggs, vanilla, and cinnamon in a large bowl. Blend with an electric mixer on low speed for 3 minutes. Batter should look thick and the fruit well blended. Pour batter into pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes or until light brown.
