Mexican Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. can green chillies
    3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    Put chillies in bottom of a 7-inch dish, sprinkle with garlic salt, spread cheese over chillies.
    Beat the eggs with the two tablespoons of milk and pour over the chillies.
    Sprinkle with salt and more Cheddar.
    Cook at 80% power for 9 minutes.
