Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. macaroni
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. grated Gruyere or Swiss cheese
    1/2 c. grated Fontina or Mozzarella cheese
    1 c. heavy cream
Preparation
    Cook macaroni in boiling salted water until tender but firm. Drain well.
    In a casserole, toss macaroni with butter and the 3 cheeses.
    Add cream.
    Bake in a 400\u00b0 preheated oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
    Serves 4 to 6.
