Firecracker Crab Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 lb. fresh lump crabmeat
1/3 c. thinly sliced celery
2 Tbsp. green onions
2 Tbsp. plain nonfat yogurt
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. tomato sauce
1 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. hot sauce
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. white pepper
2/3 c. diced, unpeeled tomato
Preparation

Combine first 3 ingredients in a medium bowl.
Toss gently and set aside.
