7 Layer Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked regular rice
    1 can whole kernel corn and its liquid
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 can tomato sauce
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    3/4 lb. ground chuck
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. water
    4 strips bacon, cut in half
Preparation
    Layer ingredients in a 2 quart casserole in this order: rice, corn and its liquid, 1 teaspoon of salt, pepper, 1/2 can of tomato sauce, 1/2 cup of water, onion, raw ground beef, 1/2 teaspoon of salt,
    pepper,
    tomato sauce and 1/4 cup of water. Cover
    meat evenly
    with
    bacon.
    Cover
    casserole.
    Bake
    in moderate oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Uncover.
    Continue to bake for 20 minutes or until bacon is crisp.
