Western Beans Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 medium onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
4 stalks celery, chopped
1/2 stick margarine or bacon fat*
1 lb. ground chuck
1 lb. can kidney beans
1 lb. can pork and beans
3 Tbsp. brown sugar or less
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 c. catsup

Preparation

Brown ground chuck.
Drain and add the onion, green pepper, celery and margarine.
Combine beans, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce and catsup.
Mix everything together.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Serves 12.
