Angel Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1/4 c. shortening
    1/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. warm water
    1 pkg. yeast
Preparation
    Sift flour.
    Cut in shortening; add sugar.
    Dissolve yeast in warm water; add to flour mixture.
    Roll like biscuits.
    Cut with large cutter and fold over.
    Let rise after putting into pan until doubled.
    After rising, bake 10 to 12 minutes at 400\u00b0.
