Ingredients

1/4 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
4 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. freshly grated or frozen coconut (use 1/4 c. for top)
1 baked pie crust
Preparation

Mix flour and 3/4 cup sugar; add butter, 1 whole egg and 3 egg yolks.
Cream together.
Add milk and cook until thick.
Add vanilla and coconut.
Pour into pie shell.
