Creole Shrimp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. pkg. shrimp, boiled
1 large onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
olive oil
1/2 small can tomato sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation

Place oil in heavy iron pot.
Saute onion and garlic for 10 minutes over medium heat.
Add tomato sauce and seasonings.
Cook for 10 minutes more.
Add shrimp and cook for a final 10 minutes. Serve over rice.
