Meatball Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. soft bread crumbs
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    1 egg, beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. marjoram leaves
    1/4 tsp. thyme leaves
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 can condensed tomato soup
    1 can condensed beef broth
    4 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered
    4 carrots, sliced
    4 small white onions, quartered
    2 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Combine ground beef, bread crumbs, chopped onions, egg, salt, marjoram and thyme.
    Shape
    into 24 meatballs.
    Brown in oil in Dutch oven.
    Remove meatballs as they brown.
