No-Fail Divinity - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/3 c. water
    pinch of salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 pt. Marshmallow Creme
    1/2 c. chopped nuts or candied fruit
Preparation
    Boil sugar, water and salt until it forms a hard ball in water (285\u00b0).
    Place Marshmallow Creme in a mixing bowl and stir in hot syrup.
    Continue stirring until slightly stiff or until the candy holds a peak.
    Fold in nuts and flavoring.
    Drop from spoon onto waxed paper or buttered plate.
