Taco Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 medium onion, chopped
    1 (No. 2) can refried beans with green chiles
    16 oz. jar Pace picante sauce
    2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1/2 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
    8 oz. sour cream or more
    nacho cheese Doritos
    sliced black olives (optional)
Preparation
    Brown beef with onion and drain very well.
    Layer in one large casserole or two small or in pie plate for pie-look: beans, meat and onion and picante sauce.
    At this point, if you are going to freeze any, cover with heavy foil and place cheese in plastic freezing bag.
