Pineapple Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Mix cream cheese and pineapple in a bowl. Form into a ball and wrap in plastic. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Roll in pecans until ball is covered. Refrigerate again until serving time.
