Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburg
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
6 corn tortillas, spread with butter
14 1/2 oz. can chopped black olives
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. water
Preparation
-
Brown meat and onion. Add seasonings, sauce and olives.
In casserole, alternate layers of tortillas, meat, sauce and cheese. Add water.
Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes.
