Jelled Cider Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
    2 c. apple cider juice
Preparation
    In medium saucepan, combine cider and gelatin.
    Bring to boil, stirring to dissolve.
    Pour into 8 (1/4-cup) molds.
    Chill until firm and unmold.
    Serve with baked ham.
