Clam Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. low-fat cottage cheese
    3 oz. Neufchatel cheese
    1 (7 oz.) can minced clams, drained
    1 Tbsp. catsup
    2 to 3 drops Tabasco
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Rinse the cottage cheese in a strainer and press out any excess moisture (important).
    Place in a blender with Neufchatel cheese and blend until smooth and creamy.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Chill thoroughly before serving (at least 4 hours).
    Yields 2 cups.
