Upside-Down German Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
1 box German chocolate cake mix (Pillsbury)
1 stick oleo
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (16 oz.) box confectioners sugar
Preparation

Combine coconut and nuts.
Spread in bottom of well-greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Prepare cake mix according to directions.
Pour batter over coconut-pecan mixture.
Place margarine and cream cheese in saucepan over low heat until margarine melts and cream cheese is soft.
Stir in powdered sugar.
Mix well with electric mixer.
Spoon over top of cake (do not stir).
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
Do not cut until cool.
Cut and serve individual pieces upside-down.
