White Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. milk
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 Tbsp. white Karo syrup
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts
1/3 c. cherries, chopped
Preparation
-
Combine first 6 ingredients in heavy pan.
Stir until it reaches a boil.
Boil 10 minutes or soft boil stage.
Remove from heat and let stand until lukewarm and beat until mixture loses gloss.
Requires little beating.
Stir in nuts and cherries.
Put in buttered pan.
