Stuffed Party Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. medium, fresh, cleaned mushrooms
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. Italian bread crumbs
    1/4 c. finely chopped onions
    1/2 tsp. parsley
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 c. cooked, drained, chopped spicy sausage
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Remove stems from mushrooms.
    Finely chop stems.
    In a medium to large bowl, combine chopped stems and all remaining ingredients.
    Press mixture firmly into mushroom caps, mounding on top.
    Sprinkle with a little Parmesan cheese.
    Bake for 18 to 23 minutes.
    Serve warm.
    Makes 35 to 40 appetizers.
