Tortas De Aceite(Aniseed Biscuits) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2/3 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 egg
    1 liquor glass dry anise
    1 lemon rind, grated
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar, salt and grated lemon rind.
    Make a well in the center and pour beaten egg, oil and anise.
    Gradually stir all ingredients together to give a smooth, firm mixture.
    Roll this out thinly and cut into small rounds.
    Place on a greased baking tray and cook in a preheated hot oven at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    The number of biscuits will depend on how thinly the mixture is rolled.
