Pinwheels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 packet (1 oz) Original Ranch Dressing Mix
    2 pkgs. (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
    2 green onions, minced
    4 (12 in) flour tortillas
    1 jar (4 oz) diced pimento
    1 can (4 oz) diced green chiles
    1 can (2.25 oz) sliced black olives
Preparation
    Mix first three ingredients.
    Spread on tortillas.
    Drain vegetables and blot dry on paper towels.
    Sprinkle equal amounts of vegetables on top of cream cheese.
    roll tortillas tightly. chill at least 2 hours.
    Cut rolls into 1 in pieces.
    Discard ends.
    Serve with spirals facing up.
    Makes 3 dozen.
