Chicken Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. diced chicken
    1 c. diced celery
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. butter (use low calorie margarine instead)
    1 can drained chopped water chestnuts
Preparation
    Saute onion and celery in margarine for a short time.
    Mix all ingredients and put in a casserole dish that has been sprayed with Pam or another spray.
