German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 med potatoes
    3 slices bacon, browned & crumbled
    1/3 c chopped onion
    1 T flour
    2-3 tsp sugar
    3/4 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp celery seed
    Dash pepper
    1/3 c water
    3 T vinegar
Preparation
    Boil potatoes in jackets.
    Peel and slice thinly.
    Fry bacon, drain and crumble.
    Saute onions in bacon fat until golden brown. Blend in flour and seasonings.
    Cook over low heat, stirring constantly.
    Stir in potatoes and bacon.
    Remove from heat, cover and let stand before serving.
