Great Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small onion, diced
1/2 green pepper, diced
8 oz. cream cheese
2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
16 to 20 oz. jar salsa
Preparation

Spread cream cheese in bottom of pie plate. Sprinkle on diced onion and pepper. Cover with salsa, then Monterey Jack cheese. Bake 25 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
Serve with nacho chips.
