Mexican Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. salt
    1 envelope chili mix
    1/2 c. water
    4 to 6 pork chops
    1 c. rice
    1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
Preparation
    Sprinkle pork chops with salt and brown in a large skillet over medium heat.
    Sprinkle with chili mix.
    Add rice, water and tomatoes.
    Be sure all rice is moistened.
    Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 40 minutes.
