Glorified Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cut-up fryer chicken
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. melted butter
2/3 c. canned milk
1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 can whole boiled onions
1 small can button mushrooms
2 c. frozen peas
1 can artichoke hearts (not marinated)
1 small jar pimentos (optional)
Preparation

Coat chicken pieces with flour and bake in melted butter for 30 minutes at 425\u00b0.
Turn after the first 15 minutes.
Drain off fat.
Turn the temperature down to 325\u00b0.
