Soft Dutch Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 Tbsp. Crisco
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix flour, baking powder, Crisco, butter and sugar.
    Mix until crumbly.
    With spoon, mix in eggs and milk.
    Put batter into 2 greased pie pans, which are sprayed with Pam.
    Dot with butter or margarine.
    Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon to taste.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
