Italian Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. arm or chuck roast
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. rosemary
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 tsp. oregano
    1 small jar mild green peppers and juice
    salt to taste
    2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. red pepper
    1 tsp. caraway seed
    1 tsp. marjoram
    1 tsp. Accent
    1 bay leaf
    2 cans beer
Preparation
    Simmer meat 4 or 5 hours, until meat is very tender.
    Remove meat from liquid.
    Remove any bone or fat.
    Shred meat; return to liquid.
    Serve on sourdough rolls.
    Fresh or canned mushrooms may also be added.
