Taco Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
1 small can black olives
1 small can diced green chilies
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (8 oz.) jar taco sauce
sour cream
lettuce and tomato garnish
nacho chips
Preparation

In a skillet, cook ground beef and onions until beef is browned; drain.
In greased 9 x 13-inch dish, spread refried beans. Sprinkle beef mixture over beans.
Add layers of olives (reserving some for garnish), chilies and cheese.
Spread taco sauce all over. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Remove from oven.
Spread sour cream over casserole and garnish.
Serve with nacho chips.
Add lettuce and tomatoes.
Makes 6 servings.
