Barbecued Beef Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large chuck roast
    1 (12 to 14 oz.) bottle ketchup
    4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    1 (10 to 12 oz.) can Coca-Cola
Preparation
    Cook chuck roast in oven at 250\u00b0 for 7 to 8 hours or in crock-pot until tender.
    Separate and shred cooked meat.
    Mix all other ingredients together.
    Simmer 10 minutes.
    Add meat and heat thoroughly.
    Serve on semi-hard rolls.
    Makes 1 dozen.
    Double recipe for 2 or more roasts.
