Wisconsin Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium potatoes (6 c. shredded)
    1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded Provolone
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. whipping cream
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in 1/2 inch deep boiling water 10 to 12 minutes until fork-tender.
    Cool slightly; peel and shred.
    (Can do earlier.)
    Place combined potatoes, cheese and onion in buttered, shallow 2-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle with seasonings.
    Place thin pats of the butter on top.
    Pour cream over surface.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until tender and golden.
    Yields 6 servings.
