Walnut Crescents - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. plain flour
    1 1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Heat oven to 300\u00b0. Cream margarine. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Shape like dates or crescents and place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake about 30 minutes.
    Roll in confectioners sugar while still warm. Cool, then roll in sugar again.
