Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients

8 c. bread cubes
5 eggs
2 qt. milk
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
cinnamon

Preparation

Put bread cubes in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Layer and sprinkle cinnamon over.
Beat together remaining ingredients and heat. Pour over bread and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, or until set and light brown.
