Fillets In Lemon Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 fillets of firm textured whitefish
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped celery
    4 Tbsp. oil
    4 slices toast, cubed
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    juice of 1 lemon
    grated rind of 1/2 lemon
    freshly ground black pepper
    dash of paprika
    margarine
Preparation
    Saute onion and celery in oil.
    Mix in remaining ingredients. Place 2 fillets on the bottom of an oiled baking dish.
    Spread dressing over fish and top with remaining 2 fillets.
    Dust with paprika; dot with margarine and bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
