2-Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can creamed corn
    1 can whole kernel corn, undrained
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 stick butter
    3 eggs
    1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
    8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter.
    Beat eggs in bowl; add corn and onions.
    Stir.
    Add muffin mix; stir.
    Pour in ungreased, 4-quart casserole.
    Put cheese on top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 60 to 65 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes.
