Zucchini Bread(Muffins) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 c. zucchini, chopped (no seed)
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Blend together first 5 ingredients.
    In a separate bowl mix next 5 ingredients.
    Slowly add dry mixture to wet mixture.
    Pour into lightly greased and floured bread pans.
    Cook at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or for muffins cook at 325\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
