Gulliver'S Creamed Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. frozen kernel corn (30 oz. total)
8 oz. whipping cream
8 oz. milk
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. sugar
pinch of cayenne pepper
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except butter and flour, in a pot and bring to a boil.
Simmer for 5 minutes.
Blend butter and flour and add to corn mixture.
Mix well, it will slightly thicken.
Remove from heat.
Serves 8.
Add garlic powder and Parmesan cheese to taste.
