Bread Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. milk
2 c. dry bread
2 eggs, beaten
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. raisins
Preparation

Pour scalded milk over dry bread pieces.
Let stand until soft.
Add beaten eggs, sugar, salt, cinnamon, raisins and vanilla.
Mix.
Pour into greased baking dish.
Sprinkle with nutmeg.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
