American Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. corn meal
2 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
1 c. water
1 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. buttermilk
cheese
onion
Preparation
-
Mix ingredients well, except cheese and onion.
Bake on hot griddle.
When done, sprinkle cheese and onion between pancakes, then pour sauce over them.
