Sweet-Sour Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. water
1 beaten egg or 2 egg whites
4 c. shredded cabbage
Preparation

In a small saucepan over low heat, dissolve sugar in vinegar and water.
Add egg and cook slowly until mixture thickens (5 to 10 minutes).
Toss with cabbage and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
