Meatball Oven Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. chopped bell pepper
    1/4 c. corn meal
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 c. milk
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. oil
    3 c. tomato juice
    3 potatoes, quartered
    6 carrots, halved
    12 small onions
Preparation
    Combine meat, onion, bell pepper, meal, seasonings, milk and egg.
    Form into 12 meat balls.
    Sprinkle with flour; brown in hot oil.
    Place in large casserole.
    To oil in skillet, add remaining flour; blend and add tomato juice.
    Cook until medium thick; pour over meat balls.
    Arrange vegetables around meat balls.
    Sprinkle with salt; cover.
    Bake 2 hours in 350\u00b0 oven.
